Paratrike

Paratrike activities intrinsically involve the possibility of physical risks greater than those encountered in daily life even though they are conducted under the supervision of pilots who exercise all due precautions to ensure safety. By taking part in such Paratrike activities, passengers are understood to be fully aware of these risks.

We do not accept liability for any costs or expenses you incur if we have to postpone any flight, where the reason for the postponement is beyond our control. You are responsible for your travel arrangements to and from the meeting place and we do not accept liability for delays in your travel arrangements. We cannot supervise vehicles parked at the meeting place and vehicles and their contents are left at your own risk and no liability is accepted for any loss or damage to your vehicle or contents unless it is due to our negligence.

We are not qualified to express an opinion confirming that you are fit to fly and you must ensure that you are fit to fly. You must satisfy yourself that you are fit to participate in your flight and that you are not suffering from any illness or other medical condition or disability which might prevent you from participating or might be affected by your participation. You must take appropriate medical advice for this purpose.

Our paramount consideration is your safety and the safety of others participating in the flight and you must obey all requests and safety instructions issued by any of our representatives. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs whilst participating in your flight. If in our or the pilot’s reasonable opinion you are under the influence, you will not be allowed to take part in or, as the case may be, continue your flight. No refund will be payable in these circumstances and you will not be able to re-book your flight.

Paratrike activities is an outdoor adventure activity. Your clothes should be comfortable with sturdy enclosed footwear (sneakers, boots).

Passenger Weight less than 115 kg.

Children must be over 12 years old.

Booking should be done 2 days in advance.

Only Small Digital & Mobile's Cameras are allowed.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. This will ensure adequate time ticket processing and a safety briefing. Late arrivals may be marked as no-show. If you know you are running late, please give us a call and we will accommodate you as best we can. You must have your ID or passport with you on the day of the flight. Passengers who do not have these documents will not be allowed to fly.

Cancellation or amendment more than:

7 days – 48 hours prior to tour departure: No cancellation fee

48 hours – 24 hours prior to tour departure: 50% cancellation fee

24 hours or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee
